**Project Management (Job Grade A2/A3)**

The Tactical Unmanned Airborne Sensors (TUAS) Operating Unit (OU) of the Air Warfare Systems Business Unit (BU) is seeking a Project Manager to support a variety of Program Manager Functions. The Project Manager will report to the Director of TUAS Programs.

Primary responsibilities for the Project Manager will include but are not limited to assisting the OU with:
Development of customer relationships and cultivation of customer intimacy
Proposal development / Support of Capture planning and strategy
Statement of Work (SOW) creation
Negotiation and establishment of schedule milestones, payment, and other key contract terms and conditions
Knowledge and execution of a variety of proposal and contract types (FFP, CPFF, IWO, T&M, etc.)
Preparation of metrics and internal progress reports for management (IPRS, Dashboard, BUR, etc.)
Leading and directing a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT)
Coordinating Risk Management activities across the OU.
Development and adherence to Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Development of Staffing Plans
Development and adherence to budget baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies and tools
Government Property (GFE, CFE, etc.) tracking and management
Various other tasks and objectives as needed in support of the Program Management team

This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below

**Qualifications:**

This requisition may be filled at either a level 2 or a level 3.

**Basic Qualifications for Project Management (A2):**
1. Bachelor's Degree with 3 or more years' experience or a master's degree and 1 year of experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Government contracts.
2. Demonstrated success in managing projects to cost, schedule and technical performance requirements.
3. Experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as either project lead, integrated program team or cost account manager
4. Demonstrated success aligning teams, organizations or employee resource groups to achieve a common goal.
5. U.S citizen and ability to obtain US Government Secret clearance.

**Basic Qualifications for Principal Project Management (A3):**
1. Bachelor's Degree with 6 or more years experience or a master's degree and 4 years of experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Government contracts.
2. Demonstrated success in managing projects to cost, schedule and technical performance requirements.
3. Experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as either project lead, integrated program team or cost account manager.
4. Demonstrated success aligning teams, organizations or employee resource groups to achieve a common goal.
5. U.S citizen and ability to obtain US Government Secret clearance.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
1. Prior experience developing or supporting RF products and technologies
2. Master's Degree with experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Government contracts.
3. Program or Project Management experience in Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain Management
4. Prior experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and MS Project
5. Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
