Overview

Manages and facilitates administration and financial monitoring of agreements for the program or region. Provides administrative technical assistance to program staff and others in managing their sub-agreement requirements, which may include grantees and/or field offices. Works to ensure financial and administrative information is well-organized, deadlines are met, and problems or inconsistencies are raised and addressed.



Responsibilities

  • Supports, prepares, and monitors WWF grant and consulting agreements. Drafts agreements, monitors compliance with agreement terms, ensures agreements and payments are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with WWF policy and procedures. Prepares documents for approval, secures signatures, and distributes to appropriate parties.
  • Develops proficiency using the WWF sub-agreements portal. Maintains information and files pertaining to agreements. Regularly monitors on-going compliance with WWF reporting requirements and individual reporting deadlines. Ensures all project reports are acknowledged and routed to appropriate individuals for review.
  • Reviews and analyzes sub-recipient's financial reports to ensure compliance by sub-recipients with WWF-US and/or Prime Donor reporting requirements.
  • Provides support to the management and coordination of day-to-day administrative operations and special projects. Identifies, coordinates and expedites the communication of information and issues internally as well as externally with NGOs, NOs, and field offices as appropriate.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Must have Bachelor's degree plus two years, or a minimum of four years relevant experience.
