Key Accountabilities

Information/Records Management
Maintains integrity of the CPHS databases (Rapport). Monitors input of primary and updated data. Proactively identifies issues and acts as liaison with IT to troubleshoot problems. Works with CPHS Analysts and Director to communicate needs and recommendations for database updates to IT. Maintains the integrity of CPHS filing systems, both electronic and paper. Creates spreadsheets and generates reports for internal needs and for regulatory compliance. Provides the preliminary analysis and presentation of operational reports. Tracks required researcher training including proactively identifying issues and acting as liaison with CITI . Assists in preparation of documents for CPHS meetings. Acts as Records Custodian for the CPHS office. Organizes and manages printed and digital records, correspondence, and other files in the office to produce accurate, updated, and accessible information. 50%

Communication
Interacts regularly with a wide range of internal and external researchers and research staff members to convey information on behalf of the CPHS , its chairs, and its administrative staff. Regularly handles confidential or sensitive information and exercises discretion concerning its disposition. Interprets, applies, and explains CPHS and College policies and procedures to researchers and their staff members. Communicates respectfully with a diverse community. 25%

General Office Support
Plans, manages, and coordinates the administrative functions of the CPHS Office. Monitors the general office email account and phone line. Coordinates with other offices and departments to arrange collaborative events. Verifies the monthly general ledger transaction report. Tracks charges to departmental Procurement Card. Coordinates safety and security activities. 25%
