Summary of Position Requirements

The Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative support to Marketing Manager, Director of Sales Area Sales Managers, and New Home Consultants, located in both Charleston and Myrtle Beach markets. In addition, this individual will be assisting in the coordination of the company's marketing strategy, to include focus on traffic and lead generation, events, and sales.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, execute and attend a variety of functions including community openings, community events, and realtor events in conjunction with NHC/DOS
  • Maintain daily communication with advertising agency/ marketing team to disseminate information, give direction on approvals of marketing collateral and ad releases, maintain marketing budget and participation in weekly conference calls to review progress with Marketing Manager
  • Maintain monthly e-marketing calendar
  • Facilitate the creation and order community signage as needed-work with signage vendor on pricing, design and production time
  • Facilitate the creation of marketing collateral and update as needed-work with graphic designer to ensure collateral pieces are produced correctly in a timely fashion
  • Facilitate the creation of all Welcome Home Center displays/signage and update as needed
  • Act as a liaison between construction and sales department in ordering construction signage, lot signs, community roll out meetings, and any other projects as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between purchasing and sales department in receiving any plan/elevation changes to house types.
  • Work with interior design company in the design and implementation of furnishing/accessorizing model homes and sales centers
  • Assist as needed to process marketing/sales invoices
  • Coordinate sales/marketing related meetings with vendors, ad agencies, etc as needed
  • Provide support to sales team by ordering marketing collateral as needed
  • Facilitate the promotion of incentives, grand openings of new communities, close-out community pricing opportunities, special financing opportunities, etc
  • Manage Daily Posts on Social Media. Respond back on a timely matter.
  • Coordinate the execution of all e-marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in coordinating photography of models, communities, amenities, and inventory as needed.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors with updating InSite presentation
  • Assist on updating Lennar.com as needed
  • Work in Salesforce to pull various reporting for sales and marketing
  • Assist in producing various creative outputs as needed for marketing campaigns and sales

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum High School or GED required
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Lotus Notes (e-mail)
  • Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Reader computer skills not required, but helpful.
  • Requires resourcefulness, patience and clarity and strong management and motivational skills
