With Service Excellence as one of our core values, we are transforming the current Information Technology department to better position SCA as the industry leader in surgical care. Our IT team is focused on providing our partnerships and management teams with timely, quality technology support that is reliable and helpful. We are seeking an IT Integration Manager to deliver multiple, concurrent IT projects as part of the overall Merger and Acquisition lifecycle. This role will be a key driver and organizational change agent in a new business strategy that is being implemented.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Management of the entire integration life cycle for IT infrastructure integration activities
  • Balancing the constraints of resource availability, project timelines, and customer expectations
  • Assisting business in documenting business requirements for IT project work
  • Identifying and documenting IT requirements by knowing the right questions to ask for infrastructure integration activities
  • Discussing IT requirements with IT teams
  • Partnering with IT teams to document integration approach, design and budget
  • Obtaining budget approval and reviewing integration approach and design with leaders
  • Extensive communication with key M&A leads across all enterprise departments to ensure seamless integration
  • Proactively identify and manage risks
  • Manage IT schedule and provide milestones to larger business integration schedule
  • Completion and sharing of status reports, and post integration assessments


  • 3-5 years IT Infrastructure Project Management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and how to drive work through a service organization
  • Ability to proactively identify risks and manage; ability to escalate when appropriate
  • Project Management Professional certification
  • Structured approach to project management while being flexible to adjust to organizational changes

  • Proactive, decisive, action-oriented individual
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including with Executive audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, collaboration, facilitation and negotiation skills
  • Able to clearly explain technical issues in a way that nontechnical people can understand
  • Ability to be broadly focused and manage multiple efforts concurrently
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization; including staff, business stakeholders, and all levels of management, up to and including the CEO
