The Human Resources Manager will work alongside supervisors and support staff to facilitate the routine functions of the HR Team, including recruitment and hiring; employee onboarding and separation; administering pay, benefits, and leave; enforcing company policies and practices and ensuring employer compliance with local, state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about effective hiring and recruiting strategies, experienced in navigating employee relations situations, and have previous experience with the ADP Human Resource Information System.

In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Vail Place has worked diligently to establish strong health and safety protocols for our community. This position is typically a face-to-face, in-person role, requiring regular onsite attendance two or more days per week. Currently much of the work can be done through telecommuting, but there is an expectation of in-office attendance at least two days per week. Any interactions that require in-person contact will involve the use of social distancing and personal protective measures. Vail Place grounds are also tobacco free to promote health and wellness for the individuals we serve and for our employees.

Salary and Benefits
$65,000 to $75,000 Depending on Qualifications. Full Benefits Package including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, long term disability, matched 401K. Paid time off in Year 1 includes generous vacation & sick/safe time, plus 2 personal days and 12 paid holidays. Additional benefits include paid training & CEU opportunities, company-issued laptop and mobile phone for most roles, and a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program to support employees and their families.
