Job Description:

The Coordinator will assist the program team in the implementation of program deliverables; provide technical and administrative support to the team in charge of placing over 1000 students from the Gulf region into Arts, Culture and Humanities undergraduate and graduate degree programs at US Universities. The coordinator will assist in ensuring accuracy of program data, tracking progress, liaising with other teams, preparing presentations, developing narrative reporting and quality materials and other responsibilities related to the program.

Essential Functions:
Participates in team meetings, and communicates project updates to relevant internal stakeholders.
Provides program administrative support by compiling monthly and annual reporting for delivery to sponsor.
Producing quality PowerPoint presentations including data presentation for use with external partners
Provides qualitative and quantitative analysis to include in contractual reporting.
Coordinates implementation of tasks and processes related to specific functional projects, as assigned
Responsible for the accuracy of documents/data transfer, and tracking report
Support team with other tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:
Requires an Associate's degree and at least two years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Strong organization skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work on and prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Essential functions are performed in a general office setting with low noise. Job demands may require long periods of sitting; telephone work and/or computer work, as well as interactions with other team members and external stakeholders.
