Provide application and end user support for internal departments and the clinic from a remote location or from the office.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate, manage, and troubleshoot issues in software applications
Establish proficiency with all aspects of eClinicalWorks EMR software.
Provide end user support and assistance with the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system (i.e. eClinicalWorks)
Conduct training classes for eClinicalWorks software, and facilitate demonstrations of eClinicalWorks as needed.
Create, maintain and update EHR system templates
Monitor and resolve error queues within eClinicalWorks.
Assist with clinic and corporate reporting requirements for CCO Metrics, Collective Medical Technologies, PCPCH and others
Implementation and support of patient engagement tools such as patient portals, mobile apps, telehealth, online bill pay, etc.
Provide technical assistance to provider offices as it relates to CCO initiatives
Upgrade existing systems and implement new software applications
Coordinate assignments which include consistent communication of progress to immediate supervisor.
Implementation of new processes and procedures.
Participate in and/or facilitate meetings with medical community/clients.
Provide solutions to address technology and business issues
Manage and maintain user access to third-party software applications
Provide Help Desk and phone support to existing client base.
Log all activities in a helpdesk ticketing system
Improve customer service and streamline operational processes.
Comply with organizations internal policies and procedures, Code of Conduct, Compliance Plan, along with applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior customer service experience in a medical setting preferred.
Strong communication and analytical skills
Associate degree in Nursing, Medical Assisting or Computer Science preferred.
1-3 years of experience in medical clinic back office or equivalent preferred.
Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices and procedures.
Prior experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.
Proficiency with basic Microsoft office applications such as: Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Proficiency with basic office equipment skills such as: computer keyboarding, copy machines, multiline phone systems, etc.
