About the Role
The Business Operations team works across all other teams to enable Intapp's growth and business success. We drive process improvements, develop data-driven insights and decision making, and program manage high impact cross-functional projects. We act as a special projects team that tackles and solves any mission-critical problem or initiative that will most enable Intapp to grow. Ultimately, we are a team of curious, humble, and analytically-minded individuals with a bias toward action and impact.
The Business Operations Director will be responsible for the creation & evolution of key internal processes related to Pricebook Management, Client Contracts, Approvals Management, and Fulfillment, leading cross-functional projects to ensure successful implementation of critical workflows.
Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing programs to track critical corporate information, including entitlements, ACV, and associated client & contracts data. Over time, these data sets will fall under a well-considered data quality program.
About Responsibilities
Process: Continuously work with key back-office functions (Contracts, Fulfillment, Sales Operations, Accounting, Business Unit management) to improve and evolve shared processes related to Quote-to-Cash processes.
Contracts Management: Provide oversight to contracts team on new contract inception, implementation, and closeout activities
Contract Approvals: Develop and manage company governance decision-making process and approvals matrix. Represent Operations Leadership in the day-to-day consideration of new opportunities.
Contract Escalations: Act as point of escalation for all contract matters, including providing guidance to sales team in the course of new contract negotiation.
New Product Release: With Business Unit Management, lead periodic programs to roll-out new products & solutions - ensuring that all functional teams - sales, contracts, fulfillment, accounting - have change management plans in place.
Fulfillment: Define workflows between contracts and fulfillment teams to ensure prompt execution of client deliverables and cancellations.
Outbound Programs: Collaborate with Business Unit Management on the development and execution of key client programs, across all relevant back-office processes.
Measurements: Our contracting process generates considerable data that is used in our corporate metrics. Ensure processes are developed to capture and validate critical client data through our standard processes.
Technology evolution: act as contracts SME in the development of new corporate infrastructure projects.
