Intapp is looking for a Director, Enterprise Account Management for the DealCloud product. In this role you will be responsible for managing, coaching and leading a team of Account Managers whose primary focus is to cultivate and grow its largest and most strategic client relationships. This person independently manages the team to execute and prioritize client projects, help navigate key customer relationships, and act as the point of escalation for the team. The Director of Account Management is a trusted advisor to the client base and possesses strong business management skills.

What Youll Do:

  • Responsible for developing account teams and individuals to ensure they meet and exceed customer needs and expectations
  • Help directly manage tier 1, high priority client relationships
  • Identify and communicate clear roles and responsibilities of team members establishing clear expectations
  • Coach, develop, and supervise staff on an consistent and ongoing basis
  • Build team culture and manage a team to perform against sales, retention and up-sell targets
  • Lead regular Account Management team meetings and one-on-ones with managers; orchestrate skill development, and best practice sessions
  • Partner with Sales to develop strategies and team goals to improve product penetration rates and expand Intapps footprint within existing customer portfolio
  • Drive the process of quarterly business reviews and check in points with key clients
  • Proactively monitor assigned client health through quantitative and qualitative means

What Youll Need:

  • 10+ years of Account Management experience in SaaS, technology, or subscription based organizations
  • Past experience as a high-performing people manager with track record of building and leading high performing teams
  • Ability to create an operations plan and processes that will scale
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to achieve set goals and deadlines
  • Experience managing a client-facing team required
  • Good understanding of Excel, financial modeling and financial reporting
  • Must be strategic and analytical with proven experience implementing new policies and processes that scale and stand the test of time.
