Responsibilities

The Director, Digital Product Management is responsible for bringing a strategic product vision to life from conception to execution across Arbonne customer digital touchpoints: eCommerce, website, CRM, mobile, and customer service. Your team will create and execute experiences that are best-in-class, innovative, and data-driven to generate meaningful change. The Director, Digital Product Management also ensures that product roadmaps aligns with Arbonne's overall strategic vision and business objectives.
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for digital properties to create a seamless omni-channel Arbonne consultant and client experience
  • Lead, mentor and grow the product owner and UX teams to ensure they are consistently high-performing, ultra-collaborative, and hyper-focused on the customer experience
  • Translate Arbonne's product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization into a series of agile deliverables, and manage execution of these deliverables across development and engineering teams (web, iOS, Android, etc.)
  • Closely partner with Customer Experience, Customer Insights, Field Sales, Brand, and IT to define, detail, and prioritize product and business requirements and ensure growth and customer satisfaction goals are exceeded
  • Establish a clear, end-to-end product management process from experience design to delivery to ongoing enhancements and innovations
  • Oversee creation of UX artifacts including customer research and analysis, feature/flow architecture, wireframes, prototypes, content strategy, and design
  • Expert in managing agile backlogs to drive continuous enhancements and innovations
  • Implement digital best practices for optimized customer journeys, and design a test-and-learn playbook rooted in design thinking fundamentals
  • Assist in measuring customer and business KPIs during and after project implementations using data from both internal and external sources. This can include both qualitative and quantitative data review and analysis
  • Create a culture where product owners, designers, and developers create innovative solutions to address customer needs in collaboration with business teams
  • Manage global, integrated operating models across internal and vendor teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent years of experience
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience for an online ecommerce business in consumer-oriented verticals, preferably health, wellness, and/or beauty industries. Direct selling industry experience a plus
  • 5+ years of experience managing and directing teams
  • Masterful strategist with experience in thought leadership and the ability to tell the right story, engage with stakeholders at the highest level, and innovate on new customer experiences
  • Design thinker with mastery of UX fundamentals, customer research, and customer feedback deliverables
  • Experience with agile methodologies rooted in continuous discovery and delivery is required
  • Solid technical background, specifically with mobile and digital technology
  • Passion for user testing, data analytics, and experience optimization
  • Experience with analytics tools to identify and evaluate experience gaps; familiarity with A/B testing tools, a plus
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional collaboration and driving multiple concurrent projects using agile methodologies
  • Strong business acumen, strategic planning, analytical and quantitative skills, required
