Sentry Management, Inc a leader in Community Association Management, is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our busy Longwood, FL Office.

Shifts are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:pm OR 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for supporting the companys retention efforts by assisting the divisions and support staff to maintain a high level of satisfaction throughout the customers life cycle. This position will work cross-functionally with all Sentry team members by addressing at-risk accounts, as well as providing feedback to the team on the customer users experience. The purpose of this position is to coordinate the teams efforts to improve the customer experience across all Regions of the Company and manage the resources required to effectively execute strategic, company-wide, and division goals and objectives.

Applicants must:

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with clients, team, and internal departments
Perform other incidentals and related duties as required and assigned
Have strong phone skills
