OVERVIEW & IMPACT
CE (Customer Engineering) Technical Analyst will support NAND/SSD Customer Engineering group with customers compliance portal management, compliance material reports, and failure analysis requests while proactively proposing data management enhancements in order to help organizations engineering team to become more efficient with handling internal processes. This will help the CE & QA engineering team to focus on customer technical and quality issues more effectively while the Technical Administrator will be handling the data processing and management for the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support NAND/SSD CE & QA group with customer compliance portal, environmental certification and other external process requests.
- Managing compliance & certification documents and status (FIPS, VSAN, Environmental and others), to support engineering group.
- Support the engineering group with Samples (Qual samples, FA samples) request submission and following up through resolution (shipping, tracking, history managing) as well as other internal technical administrative tasks
- Support the group with internal information organization such as maintaining cloud-based repositories and compile necessary reports based on the available or surveyed information from the team
- Work on enhancing overall data management at NAND/SSD group through creative implementation of structured database management tools with the goal of helping Customer Engineering team members to make more effective decisions
- Status report generation and maintenance pertaining to organization-wide ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Perform essential functions. (Sample shipping/receiving)
REQUIRED SKILLS
- BA or BS or Associates Degree
- Ability to drive results to meet deadlines
- Detail oriented and data-driven.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM business processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with cloud-based repository administration such as SharePoint, Atlassian or similar tools.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Korean Speaking & writing Preferred
- 1- 3 years of tech industry experience
- Knowledge of environmental compliance for multi-national manufacturing such as ROHS, REACH, etc.
- Knowledge of CRM applications, including the implementation of CRM processes.
- Knowledge of semiconductor or advanced electronics manufacturing and customer support expectations.
