Description of Job:

The Compliance Analyst is responsible for assisting with compliance reviews, status reports, infraction notification and research, tracking results, and coordinating corrective action implementation. This individual is required to understand the flow of goods from order conception to delivery of shipments and possess strong root cause identification skills to bring forth solutions and process refinement. The Compliance Support Analyst will also be interacting with appropriate parties for timely resolution and ensuring that all required documentation is complete, accurate and stored appropriately. The Compliance Analyst will also coordinate all EDI projects with EDI service provider. This will include trading partner onboard and certification, testing and daily transaction monitoring.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance documentation
  • Work with supply chain teams to identify any requirement(s) that require further definition or resources to support
  • Ensuring agreement and contract compliance content are made known to all parties
  • Develop trading partner-specific compliance data sheets
  • Review compliance requirements for complete and accurate information
  • Understand supply chain operations to support compliance initiatives
  • Gather and record compliance results as specified.
  • Gather, prepare and distribute progress reports related to corrective action activity
  • Work with supply chain teams to analyze root cause and implement corrective actions related to compliance infractions
  • Administer the access to vendor dispute portals; provide investigation, research, resolution, and adherence to policy and procedure in resolving vendor disputes. Coordinate testing, coordination and daily EDI transaction QA.
  • Travel to trading partner location, when required

Education & Experience:

2 to 4-year college degree or equivalent operational experience.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize responsibilities and workflow
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent analytical skills; strong attention to detail is required
  • Strong project management skills
  • Comprehension of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and ANSI x 12 EDI practice and protocol

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time

Work Environment:

  • Office

Salary: $41,000-$45,000
