Description of duties and responsibilities:
Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of:
Manufacturing processes and electrical equipment such as Program Logic Controllers (PLC), Human Machine Interface (HMI), and control circuits.
Technical and electrical problem solving and troubleshooting.
Safety and Ergonomic principles and regulations.
Proven ability to:
Pro-actively participate in cross-functional teams.
Collect data to justify process changes with the potential to impact spending on capital and tooling projects.
Communicate and gain consensus with peers and colleagues.
Education and Experience required:
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, from an ABET-accredited program, and have completed at least one semester of Sophomore year before beginning this opportunity.
