We are looking for an Analyst, Executive Compensation and Equity! The successful incumbent will lead the analysis of data and significantly contribute to the development of executive compensation programs and processes related to executive base pay, short and long-term incentives, proxy disclosure, Compensation Committee meetings, and overall program analysis. This individual will also have the opportunity to administer our global equity programs.



Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Provides day-to-day administration of all aspects of the MSAs equity (stock) plans, including award vesting, stock option exercises, granting of restricted stock awards, grant agreements, blackout periods, and vendor management.
Analyzes new and/or existing executive compensation programs to determine market competitiveness and alignment with business strategy.
Provides advanced analytical support to senior management, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors and its independent compensation consultant.
Develops proxy material.
Participates in the year-end bonus and merit process.
Conducts equity analysis, modeling and testing.
Works with third party broker, transfer agent, Payroll, Accounting and Legal to ensure accurate and timely tax withholding, reporting and transaction settlement.
Supports the development of employee education and equity program communication.
Performs reconciliation and provides reporting for key SOX controls.



Qualifications

Special skills, knowledge and abilities required:

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of SEC disclosure rules, corporate governance, executive compensation regulations and equity valuation rules
Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Solid research, analytical and problem solving abilities

Highly organized with a proven ability to meet multiple deadlines
Self-starter and demonstrated ability to work independently
Travel requirements of less than 5%

Education/Experience Required:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Math, or related discipline

This position is available at three different salary levels based upon education, experience, etc.:

Level 3 = Sr. Analyst; 7 years relevant analyst experience. 5 years administering executive compensation and equity programs
Level 2 = Analyst II; 5 years relevant analyst experience. 3 years administering executive compensation and equity programs
Level 1 = Analyst I; 3 years relevant analyst experience. 1 year administering executive compensation and equity programs

Preferred:

MBA or other advanced degree
CECP, CEP, or CCP

Experience developing presentation material for senior management and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors
