Position Summary: Work with Admissions Center leadership to drive the day to day operations, working to maintain efficient practices and quality. Work with Admissions Center and facility staff to manage a cohesive, reliable front end admissions process.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Works with Care Coordinator Supervisors to drive daily census goals, call handling, and operational initiatives
  • Monitors and analyzes inquiries from phone, email, and chat
  • Manages a robust and effective set of quality assurance practices to ensure day to day operations occur in an efficient manner
  • Create and maintain onboarding and training material for Admissions Center
  • Assess chart and call qualities, providing feedback and scoring sheets to Admissions Center leadership
  • Manages opportunities for Care Coordinators, helping facilitate and drive task management and quality within the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Reviews accounts and cases and provides feedback to leadership team to produce opportunities for growth in Admissions Center
  • Supports implementations to production for changes in the CRM
  • Monitor daily Admissions Center performance and make adjustments to ensure that department response time and service level goals are met
  • Optimize the use of department technology and workforce management techniques to improve Admissions Center efficiency and effectiveness
  • Review call arrival patterns and work flows
  • Analyze and provide recommendations to Admissions Center leadership for schedule changes to improve answer rate
  • Work cohesively within Pinnacle Treatment Centers network of departments, aligning with interdepartmental initiatives to ensure the Admissions Center meets outlined goals
  • Encourages others to develop skills in areas that will be needed for the future. Arranges development opportunities that help others build new skills.

Education/Experience:
  • Required:
  • High school or GED Required and 2+ years of relevant experience in substance abuse field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
  • Preferred:
  • 2 or more year(s) of experience in substance abuse/mental health field
  • Admissions, Case Management, and/or Utilization Review background
  • Experience and/or knowledge of the treatment industry
  • Experience working with a team setting.
  • Working knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
