Your high energy and ability to create long term, positive business relationships with high profile customers is what we are looking for!We are looking for a motivated, experiencedAccount Managerto join our Voice & Data Wiring division.

You willproactively manage the customer experience ensuring retention of customers and expand All State Communications' products and services with those customers in accordance with our sales and marketing plan. This position requires that"hunter" mentality as we are looking to grow ourTwin Cities and St. Cloud markets.

All State Communicationsspecializes in low voltage cabling, voice/data network, paging, security systems, fire alarms, IP Video, nurse call, fiber optics, and wireless.This specific position will beresponsible for the sale and prospecting of commercial low voltage cabling and voice/data networking projects.



We prefer that you possess the following:
  • BS degree in sales, business or related; or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of customer account management, sales, or related experience preferably in the voice and data industry
  • Experience acting as primary contact with high profile customers assuring an excellent customer experience at all times
  • Experience with developing and executing customer retention and expansion plan including contract negotiation
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and generate results
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Extreme organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities, multi-location team members, and multiple departments to assure the customer is number one
  • Valid driver's license with a clear driving record is required
